These are the before and after pictures that i edited at Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Editor. What i did was open the picture up. Then i clicked on the edge finder. that let's you trace the edges of the area, and cut out anything you want. then after i trace what i want, i press ctrl c and open a new stack and press ctrl v. then the picture pastes and only what you trace pops up. (If you want to have a different background you make sure its on the file first and then paste the picture).
